Arik Hertz Enterprises, Inc. coaches will work with candidates who are looking for new employment opportunities. We will help the candidates to position and to re-branding themselves and work on establishing their value preposition. We will work on the solutions that the candidates provide and in parallel we will extend the network of possible employers.
The initial steps include DISC Behavioral Assessment, “Tell Me About Yourself” sessions, “Situation- Action- Results- Benefits” sessions, Keywords, Networking Profile, identify Industries, Networking and Industry Associations. The candidates will have training session on job application and interview skills and we will walk with them through the first interviews.
